I computer generate my report on-site
using the latest software. Additionally, a standard feature of my reports is digital photos. These full color
images help clarify the findings of my inspection by expanding upon my written observations.
The report is divided
into sections, such as Plumbing, with a guide page to also help explain the information I gather. Each page of my
report is loaded with safety items, maintenance items, and general user information to provide you with a thorough understanding
of the property.
My report can be delivered in a number of convenient ways. A full color report can be printed
on-site, a PDF image can be burned to a CD on-site or emailed, or the report can be downloaded from the website.
I also include a basic home maintenance and tips booklet that will provide you with a valuable resource for years to come.
